We are hosting cheese tastings most Fridays throughout the winter months.
Each session will pair cheeses available at Black Radish Creamery with
beverages available at Barrel and Bottle.
Each class will dive into the stories behind the cheeses as well as
the beverage pairings for that week.
John, BRC co-owner and an American Cheese Society
Certified Cheese Professional, will be guiding the class through
a selection of cheeses as well as 3-5 different
varietals of paired beverages.
Guests should walk away knowing how to identify the key
characteristics in each cheese and beverage varietal.

Sessions are $37 per person (unless noted)
All tickets include cheese and
beverage parings, bread/crackers, and
a personal tasting book to take home.
(Tastings will be held at a reserved section of the upstairs
seating area inside the North Market.)
